Dharmesh is a fellow member of the ICAI and has over 20 years of experience, mainly in areas of Assurance practice.
He joined the firm in July, 2021 and prior to that he worked with S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP (member firm of Ernst & Young) in their assurance practice for 20 years.
Dharmesh specialises in audits of financial services companies i.e. Non-Banking Finance Companies, Advisory Companies, Stock Broking and Investment Banks, AIF's and Asset Management Companies. He has worked on SOX compliance audits of large international banks to support testing of off-shored controls from India. He has also been in involved in performing diligence for Private equity clients for acquisition in financial services industry and has also performed IFRS reviews.
His proficiency includes providing clients with his deep industry experience which enables to strengthen the value of their businesses. His focus primarily includes improving business operations and building audit capabilities at client locations leading to transformation of audit execution. Over the years, he has built strong relationships with C-suite level executives.
He has been involved in training staff on key regulatory amendments introduced by ICAI, RBI and Company Law.
