Siddharth is handling practice areas of corporate tax and regulatory consulting, taxation including international taxation, transfer pricing, cross border transaction advisory, start-ups and innovative businesses, succession planning and valuations.
He has been part of the firm since 2008 and is Partner since 2017. In this long association with the firm, he has been advising various Indian and multinational clients on cross border transactions, transfer pricing and regulatory aspects related to inbound and outbound investments. He represents clients before tax and regulatory authorities for matters relating to income tax including transfer pricing, international taxation and foreign exchange regulations. He has been handling valuation assignments of entities across sectors, due diligence and regulatory compliances for start-ups, small and medium enterprises.
He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is graduated from Nagpur University as Bachelor of Commerce in Computer applications. He is qualified as Company Secretary and has done Advance Diploma in International Taxation from Chartered Institute of Taxation, UK.
He is active member of professional bodies such as Bombay Chartered Accountant’s Society (BCAS), International Fiscal Association (IFA) and Chamber of Tax Consultants (CTC). He is member of Managing Committee and International Tax Committee of BCAS. He is member of YIN Committee of IFA, Netherlands and Managing Committee of Western Region Chapter of IFA India Branch. He has been actively speaking and contributing articles on several topics relating to international taxation, transfer pricing, exchange of information, black money, GAAR etc. at these professional forums.
