Ritika has more than 25 years of experience in international tax, corporate tax, and tax litigation. She has recently joined the Firm. She has wide work experience in Tax in various organisations including RSM & Co., KPMG, and Ernst & Young.
Ritika has extensive knowledge and experience in providing advisory, compliance and litigation support in Direct Tax and International Tax. She has been advising multinationals and large Indian Corporates. She has experience of handling diverse set of clients including Manufacturing, Hospitality, Shipping, Advertising, Media, Entertainment, IT & other Service sectors. She represents clients before tax and regulatory authorities for matters relating to income tax including domestic and international taxation and has worked with most Tax Counsellors for matters in High Court and Supreme Court. She has been part of some of the landmark rulings in India. She also has experience of representing search & seizure cases both under Income-tax Act and Black Money Act.
Over the years, she has honed time and people management skills. She has experience of leading multiple and diverse teams to bring out successful outcomes. She can take timely decisions and work on stringent timelines. She has solution-oriented and logical approach to handle the issues.
She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has also completed bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai. She has contributed articles on several topics relating to international taxation, and domestic tax.
